The ministry's General Overseer is Nick Lugg, a British pastor who has been resident in Zambia for the last 5 years.  He is pictured here with his wife, Erica (a pastor in the ministry and the director of our Mercy Ministries), and their sons, Aiden and Jacob.

Prior to moving to Zambia, Nick was the pastor at the King's Church, Addlestone in Surrey.

Nick is responsible for the ministry as a whole and leads a team of 12 other pastors carrying different responsibilities in the work.

We recently held our first pastors' retreat for all those leading churches in the network - 2 days of teaching, encouragement and fellowship.
